Spring Season Kick-Off Event at OPRF HS on Saturday February 3rd

Join us at OPRF for our Spring season community open house and kick off event on Saturday, February 3rd. We're planning a great event which will be focused on showcasing our wonderful Oak Park soccer community.

From Oak Park AYSO, we will have our board members and volunteers on hand to help parents, players and volunteers with common Blue Sombrero issues including:

- adding a second parent or other family member to a family account
- registering as a VIP Buddy or Youth Referee
- signing up for training on AYSOU
- completing volunteer requirements for coaches.

Coaches who sign up for the Spring season before the event can pick up one of our newly redesigned coaches shirts, and we'll be raffling off some special prizes for new and returning volunteers alike, including 4 seats to the Chicago Fire's home opener.

In addition to our AYSO volunteers, we'll also have representatives from our Oak Park partner organizations to answer questions about soccer in our community including:

Fields of Dreams Uganda

Lively Athletic

Oak Park River Forest H.S. Soccer
Jason Fried will be available from 9:30A to 11A to answer questions for families that are interested in the soccer program at OPRF.

Oak Park River Forest Alliance Soccer Club and Chicago Edge Soccer Club
Our local travel soccer teams will be available to answer questions about their programs.

Oak Park Park District
Representatives from the park district will be providing information about their kids soccer program which serves children that are not yet old enough to play in AYSO's U8 division for 1st and 2nd graders.
